Another week, another Wrestle Rope Weekly UK Wrap Up. This week was a week of tying up loose ends with regards to match announcements and it is those that we'll kick off with in this edition.

IPW:UK announced a few weeks ago that Combat Zone Wrestling star Drake Younger would be appearing for them on September 27th at their '9th Anniversary Show' but didn't reveal who Younger would be facing. They have however now confirmed that Dark Younger will face Jonathan Windsor on September 27th.

Another announcement made this week was regarding who Colt Cabana would choose as his tag team partner when he face the team of Rampage Brown & Andy Boy Simmonz on October 19th at Revolution Pro Wrestling's 'Uprising' show at the York Hall, Bethnal Green. Cabana has announced that he has chosen a man who has been closely associated with him in the UK for the past few months, Grado.

Speaking of international wrestling stars, Southside Wrestling confirmed this week that Kevin Steen would be facing 'The Heavyweight House of Pain' Stixx at their 'Supershow' on November 17th. Futureshock Wrestling also made three announcements regarding matches in the Trophy Tournament which will take place on October 6th at their show, '70'. We will see Don Meacho vs Simon Valour, Xander Cooper vs Josh Bodom & Joe Vega vs Ryan Bodom all compete in First Round matches.
As always it wouldn't be a Weekly UK Wrap Up with at least one mention on Insane Championship Wrestling and this week it is regarding a championship change. At ICW's September 7th show, 'There's Something About Mary(Hill)', Mark Coffey defeated Mikey Whiplash for the Zero-G Championship, a championship that Whiplash had only won on August 25th at 'Dave's Not Here, Man!'.
Next week looks promising again with shows from Pro Wrestling Elite, Kamikaze Pro & Alternative Wrestling World taking place. There will also be news regarding a former World Heavyweight Boxing Champion making his worldwide wrestling debut in the UK next year.
