Headed Back To The Impact Zone

Home Sweet Home...
According to a number of  "news" sites, the word going around TNA is that they will tape a number of Impact Wrestling episodes in mid to late November at the former Impact Zone in Orlando.

Previously announced tapings will either be canceled or converted into regular live events. TNA is still working on their final plans before making any official announcements but, as we stated yesterday, the Impact Wrestling taping in Chattanooga, Tennessee for December 5 has been cancelled and removed from both the TNA and McKenzie Arena websites.

They have also pulled the November 21st tapings that were scheduled for Baltimore, Maryland. An announcement for people who had already bought tickets should be coming soon.

According to reports from a few months ago, TNA were said to be losing $600,000 per TV taping,  obviously loosing that amount of money per TV is unsustainable and a return to block tapings at a venue with a guaranteed audience, enthusiastic or not, is a better option that sticking to a formula they've proven doesn't work.
