Hulk Hogan and TNA are still negotiating a deal, with most people in TNA feeling that he will stay in the company.
WWE are interested in negotiating with Hogan to appear during WrestleMania XXX weekend as they have been considering inducting Randy Savage and The Ultimate Warrior into the Hall of Fame and want Hogan induct one of them.
WWE wants a big legend to be a part of WrestleMania XXX to help maintain the over 1 million buys the show has traditionally done over the past few years. The Rock's status for the event is unknown, Steve Austin doesn't want to make a return at this time, so the company feels Hogan could be an important draw for the event.
If WWE cannot sign Hogan to a Legends contract and can't get The Rock or Steve Austin to appear, WrestleMania may be hyped as the Undertaker's retirement match to hook fans.
