WWE Network Start Date? Classics On Demand Ending

WWEs' Classics On Demand service will officially end on January 31st 2014. This feeds in to Roddy Piper stating that he'd heard that Legends House is finally "coming out" AND the rumoured start date for the new WWE network, which, last I heard, was February 24th.
