TMZ.com is reporting that Matt Hardy and his wife Reby Sky were each arrested earlier this month in Virginia after 911 was called regarding an incident at a hotel they were staying at.
The TMZ report, which features mug shots of both, says that police were called to the Hampton Inn in Emporia, VA on 1/1 after a guest informed the hotel that someone was "beating their wife."
They were each charged with assault and battery and according to the report, have filed orders of protection against each other.
