1984 - The WWF held perhaps the most important event in its history, entitled Super Monday, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. 26,292 fans jam-packed the arena, with an additional 4,000 watching downstairs in the Felt Forum. The results were:

- WWF Intercontinental Champion Don Muraco and Tito Santana fought to a double-disqualification, after both men continually ignored the referee's instructions.
- The Haiti Kid and Tiger Jackson defeated Dana Carpenter and Pancho Boy in two straight falls in a two out of three falls match. In the first fall, Jackson pinned Pancho with a sunset flip. Haiti Kid pinned Carpenter to win fall #2.
